You will need to cancel 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hours of appointment time you will have to pay 50% of the appointment fee and will have to repay the deposit to book again. No shows with no message will be charged the full price of the service. Late Fee - If you are later then 10 minutes it will be a $10 charge, if you are later than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and be marked as a no show
